Currently, there are many problems in the process of assetization of data elements, which hinder the circulation of data elements and the release of data value. This article starts with the process of data assetization, based on the implementation path of “data resource utilization, resource productization, and data assetization”, analyzes the difficulties encountered in the identification, ownership confirmation, quality evaluation, value evaluation, and registration of data assets, and proposes solutions to these problems, providing reference for promoting data assetization.
