Digital management enabling 5G network intelligent planning and construction

As the core element of the new generation of information and communication technology, digital and intelligence technology is increasingly becoming the primary driving force for the upgrading sustainable network infrastructure. Combined with the previous network construction experience, this paper establishes a framework on 5G network sustainable planning and construction from 3 aspects: system architecture, data governance and network planning application, which would support precisely allocation of base station resource and efficiently match the business development at a minimum cost. Through several years of digital management experience in 5G network construction, a digital and intelligent network planning system has been built to ensure network quality, while improving the efficiency of network resource utilization and maintaining the healthy and sustainable development of the network.
