Construction of the EVRP Model Considering the Public Charging Mode in the Express Delivery Scenario

Bad weather will affect the mileage of electric logistics vehicles. In this paper, the express delivery scenarios considering different electric logistics vehicle charging mode, build based on using public charging station charging EVRP model and at the same time using public charging stations and special charging pile charging EVRP model, design reasonable cost target function and constraints, and using small-scale test examples to verify the effectiveness of the model.
