Factory Layout Planning Based on SLP and ANP
Factory layout planning is crucial to improving production efficiency and output. Reasonable layout can optimize the production process, reduce the transportation distance of materials and personnel, and avoid production interference. Factory layout planning is a multi-objective, semi-structured problem that faces the influence of multiple interrelated factors. Its complexity brings challenges to planning. At present, the system layout planning (SLP) method is a commonly used planning method, but this method combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has limitations in dealing with complex decision-making problems. Therefore, this paper proposes a method that combines SLP with the analytic network process (ANP) to construct a network structure between multiple influencing factors and apply it to the layout planning of lightning arrester factories. Compared with traditional methods, this method takes into account the interaction between influencing factors and provides a new perspective and solution framework for complex factory layout planning.
