Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Rural Revitalization Based on GMM Model
This study establishes a system of evaluation indices for the revitalization of rural areas and empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusion financial in China on the formulation of strategies for rural revitalization. It is founded on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022 and Peking University's Digital Inclusion Financial Index. The findings are as follows: First, the implementation of digital inclusion financial exhibits a substantial facilitative impact on the advancement of rural revitalization. Second, digital inclusion financial had a greater effect on rural revitalization in 2011–2017 than it did in 2018–2022, according to the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) temporal and geographic heterogeneity study. Digital inclusion financial in the middle and western areas has facilitated economic growth markedly in comparison to the eastern and northeastern regions.
