Research on the initial location of cold chain logistics center based on improved two-stage model

This paper proposes an improved two-stage model to determine the optimal location of regional cold chain logistics centers in agricultural product logistics networks. In the first stage, the multi-index is considered by improving the clustering algorithm to optimize the regional division of the origin warehouse. In the second stage, the improved center of gravity method is applied to determine the location of logistics center based on multi-region and multi-category factors. Taking Yunnan Province as an example, the preliminary location schemes of Kunming, Zhaotong, Lincang, Honghe and Dali are obtained. By comparing with the traditional methods, the validity of the model is confirmed, which provides decision support for the optimization of agricultural product supply chain.
