Research on the Development Path of New Quality Productivity in Enterprises Based on DEMATEL-ISM
This paper begins by organizing the factors that affect the development of enterprises’ New Quality Productivity (NQP), and has identified 16 key factors that influence the development of NQP in enterprises. These factors include technological innovation, intelligent transformation, digital transformation, lean production, talent introduction and cultivation, research and development cooperation, application of new materials, development of new processes, equipment upgrade, supply chain management, environmental friendliness, quality control, standardized production, alignment with international standards, risk management, and cultural construction. Subsequently, through the calculation of the DEMATEL-ISM model constructed in this paper, these 16 influencing factors are divided into four levels, and the interrelationships among the factors are clarified, ultimately forming a multi-level hierarchical directed graph. This graph is then used as a pathway for enterprises to enhance their NQP development level.
