A smart supply chain practice reference model: the impact of smart technologies applied by different supply chain members on the supply chain
With the deep application of smart technologies, enterprises begin to try to apply smart technologies to build smart supply chains. However, practice has not been as effective as desired. Due to the lack of sufficient understanding, supply chain members are confused what the impact of their own behavior will be and what smart technology is more appropriate to adopt. To address this issue, we proposes a smart supply chain practice reference (SSCPR) model to analyze the effect and importance of supply chain members and the smart technologies they adopt. We identify and quantify the impact of supply chain members on supply chain business processes by integrating multivariate data from different supply chain members. This model is useful for supply chain members to better understand the impact of their own behavior on the supply chain, thus providing guidance for the construction of a smart supply chain.
