Determination of the Radiation Zone Based on a Radar Antenna Using a Computer System

The article describes the results of developing a computer system, the use of which allows increasing the efficiency of the process of adjusting the radar image zone. The proposed computer system allows adjusting to various characteristics of radars and rotary devices. This allows, based on a mathematical model of radar radiation, to calculate the values of the parameters of the radiation coverage zone for forming a radar image. A description of the functional structure of the computer system, the characteristics and structure of information support, an algorithm for solving the problem of adjusting a radar antenna to determine the radiation zone, and test results that confirmed its operability are given.

Abstract

The article describes the results of developing a computer system, the use of which allows increasing the efficiency of the process of adjusting the radar image zone. The proposed computer system allows adjusting to various characteristics of radars and rotary devices. This allows, based on a mathematical model of radar radiation, to calculate the values of the parameters of the radiation coverage zone for forming a radar image. A description of the functional structure of the computer system, the characteristics and structure of information support, an algorithm for solving the problem of adjusting a radar antenna to determine the radiation zone, and test results that confirmed its operability are given.
