MoM-Based Performance Analysis of Different Corner Reflector Scatterers Using Wire Grid
The investigation of characteristics and applications of different corner reflector types is a relevant task for modern technologies related to the field of electromagnetic wave scattering. In this paper the scattering characteristics of square and triangular trihedral corner reflectors as well as dihedral corner reflector structures are analyzed using equivalent wire grid models. These models are obtained using a developed MATLAB code based on the method of moments with pulse basis function. The performance of each structure is evaluated by comparing their characteristics with each other and their possible applications are provided and justified.
