Endovascular repair of anastomotic pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta using a NEXUS Arch endograft
Anastomotic pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta is a serious complication after cardiac surgery. We report a complex case of a distal anastomotic pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta associated with an encapsulated hematoma extending to the suprasternal subcutaneous layer, treated with a carotid–carotid–subclavian bypass followed by endovascular repair with single-branch arch endograft.
