Inductive Microsensor for Biomedical Analysis by Magnetic Nanoparticles Detection: A Combined Simulation and Experimental Study
The use of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) has become increasingly common in the fields of biology and medicine. These nanoparticles can be utilized for the detection of pathogens, such as viruses and bacteria. In this study, we investigated the use of MNPs in the development of a lab on chip for multipathogen detection, which represents a key perspective of our work. We employed the frequency mixing method and enhanced the response of MNPs using ferrite plates as magnetic shields.
