REABILITAÇÃO ORAL COM TÉCNICA ALL-ON-FOUR NA MAXILA E TROCA DE PRÓTESE PROTOCOLO NA MANDÍBULA: ESTUDO DE CASO

This article aims to assess the effectiveness and clinical outcomes of oral rehabilitation using the All-on-Four technique in the maxillary arch, along with the replacement of protocol prostheses in the mandibular arch. The All-on-Four technique was developed to optimize the utilization of available bone and provide a stable, fixed solution for edentulous patients seeking improved functionality and aesthetics in their existing prostheses. The patient under consideration meets the criteria for All-on-Four rehabilitation, with a follow-up period of four months. During this time, we evaluated implant stability, prosthesis adaptation, masticatory function, and overall patient satisfaction. Clinical assessments and imaging exams were employed to monitor the results. Our study objectives include determining the success rate of All-on-Four implants in the maxillary arch, assessing the impact on patient quality of life, analyzing the durability and functionality of the new prostheses, and identifying potential complications associated with the procedures. Thus, this study contributes to the existing knowledge on All-on-Four rehabilitation techniques and protocol prosthesis exchange, while also providing practical guidelines for enhancing clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
