O PAPEL DAS PRÁTICAS DE ESTÁGIO NA FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES
Supervised internships are vital practices for acquiring essential skills in teacher training, where theory is combined with practice. In this sense, it is important to highlight that the objective here is to discuss the importance of supervised internships and the increasingly complex challenges they face in the educational context through a bibliographic methodology. Supervised internships are a decisive moment for university students to connect theory and practice, becoming a relevant activity in the development of skills that are indispensable for responsible pedagogical practice. During the internship, university students have the chance to overcome their deficiencies by reflecting on their own practice, promoting the contextualization of the topics worked on and the development of critical and critical thinking on scientific and social issues, since supervised internships allow students to interpret biological and social phenomena in a scientific and critical way, proposing solutions. Educational praxis, therefore, becomes a relevant activity for pedagogical practice committed to citizenship formation and social equity. The internship is, without a doubt, an essential and fundamental stage of graduation, an important tool that establishes relationships between theory and practice, allowing the student to build their professional identity.
