POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE INCENTIVO À GERAÇÃO DE ENERGIA POR FONTE SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA NO FOMENTO A DISSEMINAÇÃO DA TECNOLOGIA NO BRASIL
In order to foment sustainable energy production in the urban context and seek for a lower impact on the environment, the Union, the States and the cities have gradually developed public policies engaged in encouraging the use of renewable energy that integrates electric distributed generation with the existing architecture in the cities, in order to make them more energetically intelligent. The present work used the method of bibliographical research, consulting the specialized doctrine, the current legislation and the technical norms of the area, characterizing a qualitative and descriptive research. Thus, it is considered that the way to go is still long with regard to the granting of public policies that will effectively encourage the production of clean and renewable energy in Brazilian cities.
