The authors report here the discovery of a realistic platform for emerging non-Abelian fractional quantum anomalous Hall states. This is the second moir\'e band in 2-degree twisted bilayer MoTe${}_{2}$. They elucidate the theoretical foundation behind this by demonstrating the resemblance of the second moir\'e band to the first Landau level, using Haldane pseudopotentials and Fubini-Study metric. A surprising similarity is revealed between the sequence of moir\'e bands in the twisted bilayer MoTe${}_{2}$ and Landau levels beyond a particular moir\'e band.
