ANÁLISE DE INSTRUMENTO DE AVALIAÇÃO DA REDE DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA TRANSDISCIPLINAR DE INTERNOS DE MEDICINA
Problem: This study describes the experience of medical interns following visits to the state management of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS). The activities provided a transdisciplinary view of medical students, in discussion with multidisciplinary residents in mental health and government management, when analyzing the service monitoring instrument, leading them to reflect on the suppression of qualitative indicators in contrast to the wide range of quantitative indicators. Therefore, the experience report aims to disseminate the relevance of analyzing evaluation instruments from different perspectives, considering the relevance of the service evaluation process for health planning. Method: This descriptive study is an experience report based on three medical internship meetings in the Public Health discipline, which describes the activities of the Public Health Internship, which provided three actions in the RAPS management sector during January and February 2023. The tools used were the Regional Health Planning and the Psychosocial Care Network Epidemiological Data Monitoring Platform. Results: A critical analysis of the monitoring form revealed a certain complexity and little objectivity, a factor that could influence the low adherence of professionals in the evaluation process. Based on the results of the analysis, changes were suggested to simplify the instrument and include qualitative indicators to assess the resolution and integration of services between the network. Conclusion: The study highlights the importance of adapting assessment instruments capable of contributing more broadly to RAPS monitoring, in order to identify possible gaps in the operationalization of network services, reveal user profiles and be able to point out the need for improvements to the psychosocial care.
