Implementation of Mobile Service Simulator for Safety Design and Maintenance of 10 CMM RTO Systems : 10 CMM RTO Design Information-Based Mobile Service Simulator
In this study, a 10 CMM capacity combustion type oxidizer (RTO) is designed and a mobile-based automatic design simulator is implemented for safe work design work. The automatic design simulator aims to design, manufacture, and utilize the RTO in accordance with international standards. The simulator using the RTO design formula uses mobile and PC and obtains quick calculations of design priorities and design specifications. It facilitates service between designers and field engineers, or designers and managers on a mobile network, and supports optimal deployment according to priorities. The program is constructed with rotary selection and design from the main menu, basic data input and management for body design, ceramic menu selection and calculation, purge diameter calculation, gas inlet/outlet diameter calculation, and various pressure calculations. The design platform can be standardized through calculation procedures and programming for 10 CMM design, and the effectiveness of design and production can be increased through standardized simulators in various environments. In particular, it can support the automation and monitoring of the PLC (Programming Logic Controller) control panel of the RTO device through a standardized program simulator, as well as an important role in the automatic setting operation of the system installation and operation. In the future, simulators are directly related to the establishment of the causes and countermeasures for RTO failure and provide good information for monitoring PLC mapping interface and responding to trip information for failure cause analysis.
