BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF THE RHIZOSPHERE OF GRAIN CROPS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SOUTHERN FOREST-STEPPE OF WESTERN SIBERIA
Studies have established an ambiguous reaction of soft spring wheat varieties to the use of biological preparations. Pre-sowing inoculation of seeds contributed to an increase in the total number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of Omskaya 44 wheat with the use of Flavobacterin. The greatest experimental positive effect of inoculation of wheat seeds with Mizorin was recorded for the varieties Omskaya 42 and Tarskaya 12 (+ 0,28 and 0,17 t/ha, respectively), Flavobacterin – for the variety Omskaya 42 (+ 0,47 t/ha).
