DIFFERENTIATION OF CADASTRAL VALUE OF LAND IN SIBERIA

the values of specific indicators of cadastral value of agricultural land in the Siberian Federal District have been determined. Differentiation of cadastral value in agrolandscapes is conditioned by agroclimatic parameters and soil properties. Minimum cadastral value indicators are characterized by permafrost-taiga and peat-gleyey swamp lowland and top soils. Maximum median values of cadastral value are noted for typical and leached chernozems A significant decrease in cadastral value with increasing degree of erodibility, stoniness and solonetzification of soils is shown.
