DAMAGE TO WINTER WHEAT UNDER AN UNFAVORABLE COMBINATION OF CLIMATIC, EDAPHIC AND STIMULATING EFFECTS OF HUMATES ON SOWING
Drought and high air temperature against the background of the use of humates during the growing season caused a decrease in the yield of winter wheat, despite the high level of nitrogen in the soil. It is assumed that in unfavorable conditions, humates stimulate a faster passage through the stages of ontogenesis to the detriment of the accumulation of plastic substances, which significantly reduces the yield and its quality. In case of high nitrogen background, it is desirable to use 0.01% humate at the later stages of earing or at the early stages of grain filling. It is necessary to use humate immediately after the first signs of environmental stress appear on the crop.
