Application of distributed robust dynamic optimization based on moment information in unmanned boat navigation

The optimization problem of moment information with distribution uncertainty can be solved by distribution robust optimization problems[2]. In this paper, because unmanned boat navigation in the complex marine environment is often affected by sea wind, waves, ocean currents, and other external random interference, this probabilistic interference is called random interference. Because in practical application, only the moment information of random interference could be obtained. Considering the application of robust dynamic optimization problems based on certain moment information in unmanned boat navigation, we transform the problem of optimal control of the distributionally robust into a second-order cone problem, because the second-order cone problem can be easily solved by using existing methods[3].
