Security solution for blockchain-based transaction system in virtual power plant
With the evolution of distributed energy aggregation technology, virtual power plants have emerged as a transformative paradigm for power trading, aggregating and optimizing distributed resources such as distributed generation, energy storage, and adjustable loads. However, this new landscape introduces uncertainty and security risks to power trading. Blockchain technology, with its tamper resistance, trustworthiness, decentralization, and traceability characteristics, offers a natural fit for distributed power trading. While blockchain-based power trading systems have improved the reliability of traditional platforms, current blockchain technology limitations pose potential security risks. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the security challenges in blockchain-based power trading systems and explores potential solutions to enhance system security and efficient operation of the consensus mechanism. It also highlights the importance of addressing key node security in the system network layer to ensure the overall security and robustness of the power trading ecosystem.
