In Reply to Craig et al.
We read with interest the report by Craig et al.1 on the accuracy of diagnosis of single-station N2 NSCLC, and we congratulate them on their excellent and thought-provoking study. The authors report that the diagnostic pathway included a positron emission tomography (PET) computed tomography (CT) and systematic staging endobronchial ultrasound, before surgical resection and lymph node dissection. We note that the interval between PET CT staging and surgical resection was not reported but that the median time between endobronchial ultrasound and surgery was (33 d).
