Analysis of the expression characteristics and clinical value of immune function indicators in patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection
The immune function indicators of patients with HIV infection are markedly abnormal, which is mainly manifested by the decreased levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, B cells and NK cells, and the increased levels of CD8+. The profile of the immune function indicators correlates with the progressive severity of the disease.
