Durvalumab maintenance therapy after definitive CCRT in unresectable locally advanced NSCLC patients with <i>EGFR</i> or <i>ALK</i> mutation demonstrates comparable clinical outcomes to those with wild-type <i>EGFR/ALK</i> when PD-L1 expression is present.
