Third, the play teaching efficacy of daycare center childcare teachers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the play support competency. Finally, it was found that the grit of daycare center teachers had a statistically significant effect on the play support competency through the play teaching efficacy as a medium. Based on the above research results, this study aims to provide basic data to effectively improve the play support capabilities of childcare teachers, and to prepare important guidelines for implementing infant and play-oriented curriculum in childcare sites.
