The Complexation in Co(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> ⋅ 6H<sub>2</sub>O/2,2′‐bipyridine/Y(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>3</sub> ⋅ 6H<sub>2</sub>O/MeOH System: Still More to Uncover
Abstract The formation of novel uncommon heterodinuclear complex was detected in Co(NO 3 ) 2 ⋅ 6H 2 O/2,2′‐bipyridine/Y(NO 3 ) 3 ⋅ 6H 2 O/MeOH system. The peculiarities of composition and structure of this new compound were found to alter its vibrational and thermal properties compared to those of reported major product formed in the same system.
