Analysis of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia and its influencing factors: a observational study
The incidence of PONV in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery under general anesthesia is relatively high. Nursing staff should focus on female patients and those with a history of motion sickness and PONV. Comprehensive preoperative assessments should be conducted, exploring multimodal analgesia and applying integrated prevention measures to reduce the occurrence of PONV and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
