Sequence Flow: interactive web application for visualizing partial order alignments

We provide Sankey diagram-based POA visualization tools for both end users (Sequence Flow) and bioinformatic software developers (SanKEY.js). Sequence Flow webservice is available at https://sequenceflow.mimuw.edu.pl/ .
