AI – Supported Collective Security System

This study brings a new perspective to solutions in the field of cyber security by creating a collective cyber security platform using artificial intelligence and open source technologies by HAVELSAN in order to provide effective defense against complex cyber threats. The platform is based on real-time anomaly detection in network traffic and Blockchain-based notification method through Isolation Forest and LSTM algorithms, with the integration of data sets of 114 institutions from multiple sectors. The system has proven its efficiency in identifying and responding to potential threats from a collective perspective by achieving a threat detection accuracy of 94.88% and an average response time of 472 milliseconds. As a result of the implementation of the open source-based software development process, 60% savings in license costs for cyber security solutions were also achieved.
