Enhancing the Informativeness of Managing Mentoring Activities based on Simulation Modeling
The study is dedicated to addressing the issue of enhancing the informativeness of managing mentoring activities in enterprises based on simulation modeling. The research methodology includes the application of a multidimensional normal distribution to create a model with random data, the use of regression analysis to identify relationships between factors and the outcome variable, and verification of the model’s correctness. The theoretical significance of the research lies in a deeper understanding of mentoring mechanisms and their impact on employee productivity, while its practical significance is in developing effective approaches to managing mentoring activities, based on precise data and analytics. The results of the study demonstrate that simulation modeling can significantly enhance the informativeness of managing mentoring activities, facilitating rational decision-making and increasing business efficiency.
