Aerial Visual Monitoring in Accounting of Smart Construction

The use of information and communication technologies in the construction sector of the economy led to the formation of the concept of smart construction. An important component of smart construction is the active use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). The prospects for the use of aerial visual image recognition technology for accounting and control of construction activities are substantiated. A method of using variable data provided by aerial visual monitoring technology, in combination with permanent information on the movement of construction materials and structures and workers on the territory of the construction site for the purpose of accounting and control of costs of the construction enterprise, has been developed. It is proposed to position the are of separate construction objects as calculation units for detailed calculation of the cost of construction works or services, which makes it possible to reliably determine their cost even before the final completion of construction. The procedure for accounting income from construction activities has been improved, taking into account the degree of readiness of the construction object using aerial visual monitoring technology to forecast financial results. The method of automatic inventory, safety and behavioral control for accounting of losses caused to the enterprise has been clarified, which contributes to the prevention and elimination of the consequences of illegal actions on the construction site. The use of proposals for improving the accounting and control of smart construction with the use of aerial visual monitoring technology contributes to the optimization of economic and socio-economic processes of construction enterprises on the basis of complete, timely and reliable information.
