Building an Intellectualized Analytical Module for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Public Spending on Corruption Prevention using an Ontological Approach
The key component on which modern technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of budget expenditures are based is based on establishing the consumption value of a public good. Anti-corruption programs usually produce public goods that are extremely difficult to calculate using conventional methods. The logical model for evaluating the effectiveness of budget expenditures is based on the ratio of the volume of the created product, adjusted for its quality, to the costs adjusted for the capacity of producers of goods. A model for evaluating the effectiveness of budget expenditures with elements of artificial intelligence was built. An intellectualized analytical module is proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of public spending on corruption prevention using an ontological approach.
