Design of solar array simulator system based on software definition
Solar array simulator is the core equipment of power distribution subsystem for small satellite ground testing, which is used to simulate the in-orbit characteristics of solar array and supply power to the measured satellite. In order to meet the requirement of differential power supply in the ground testing of micro-nano constellations, a software-defined solar array simulator system is proposed in this paper. According to the requirement of satellite power supply and generality, the power supply conversion module, output power distribution module and main control module are designed in hardware aspect. Based on each hardware module of the system, the software function module is designed and the function of solar array simulator system based on software definition is verified. The system designed in this paper can support the power supply simulation requirements of multiple satellites through a single device, solve the problems of large size and complex configuration caused by the traditional multi-ground power supply equipment supplying power to single satellite, and greatly improve the power supply efficiency of the satellite.
