MÉTODOS DE ENSINO E FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES: IMPLEMENTAÇÃO E RESULTADOS

The teaching and learning process in schools requires robust planning that defines teaching methodologies adapted to the student's reality. In this sense, it is understood that strategic planning establishes a connection between theory and practice, allowing methodologies to be applied and rethought to promote meaningful and dynamic education. The objective of this study is to identify methodologies that can offer new possibilities and positively influence students in an impactful teaching-learning process. To achieve this objective, the research used a theoretical-bibliographical approach. Thus, the types of teaching methodologies used by the analyzed teacher were highlighted, supporting a methodology that is coherent with the students' reality, which intensifies the teaching-learning process, making it tangible, concrete, satisfactory, appropriate and enjoyable. In this way, it becomes clear that the student becomes the protagonist in the construction of his/her own knowledge, while the teacher acts as a mediator of this transformative practice, building an engaging and collaborative teaching-learning environment.
