During the study, we used the “Indicators of Individualism - Collectivism” (IK) methods, developed by L. G. Pochebut based on the description of cultural syndromes by G. Triandis and the diagnostic method of the level of empathic abilities of V. V. Boyko, designed to assess the ability to empathize and understand thoughts and the feelings of the other. The results of research demonstrate distinct difference in the quality of empoathy of 2 generations Y and Z of individualistic and collectivistic orientation.
