HR MANAGEMENT AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF A PHARMACY ORGANIZATION (REVIEW)

This article discusses the main and most pressing issues related to personnel management at different stages of development of a pharmacy organization. In particular, it talks about the need for constant and effective improvement of personnel management, since, as a rule, the success and profitability of any organization, including a pharmacy, depends on the correct placement of personnel. The article also analyzes the functioning of personnel services at each individual stage of a pharmacy organization and provides recommendations aimed at improving personnel management.
