Seronegative brucella meningitis diagnosed by CSF PCR: report on seven cases
NB should be considered in the differential diagnoses of pseudotumor cerebri syndrome in endemic areas. It is important to employ molecular techniques using sterile CSF samples in the investigation of Brucella.
