More is not always better: Association between hip range of motion and symptom severity in patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome.
Introduction: It is unclear if restricted hip range of motion (ROM) contributes to pain and symptoms in patients with femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) syndrome. This study aimed to explore associations between symptom severity and hip ROM in patients with FAI syndrome and determine if ROM measures can identify those with worse symptoms.
