Healthcare professionals need to develop communication skills to observe the psychological changes faced by patients diagnosed with cutaneous malignancies. This study aims to enhance patient care, improve overall well-being, and promote comprehensive approaches for treating patients with cutaneous malignancies. The potential impact of stress and anxiety on the immune system may influence the treatment of various types of skin neoplasia. It is important to investigate the relationship between psychological factors and the immune system to develop efficacious interventions for managing stress and anxiety-related skin disorders. Further research is needed to establish standardized methods, assess long-term outcomes, develop tailored psychological support programs, and identify the potential risk and protective factors.
