Pullback attractor for a non-autonomous Lamé lattice system

We study the dynamics of a non-autonomous Lamé lattice system with displacement-depedent damping. First, we formulate the problem in an appropriate space and show the existence of global solutions. Then, we prove the existence of a pullback attractor for the associated evolution process. Finally, we analyze the upper semicontinuity of pullback attractors when the parameter $ \nu = \lambda+\mu $, where $ \lambda $ and $ \mu $ are the Lamé constants, goes to zero.

Abstract

We study the dynamics of a non-autonomous Lamé lattice system with displacement-depedent damping. First, we formulate the problem in an appropriate space and show the existence of global solutions. Then, we prove the existence of a pullback attractor for the associated evolution process. Finally, we analyze the upper semicontinuity of pullback attractors when the parameter $ \nu = \lambda+\mu $, where $ \lambda $ and $ \mu $ are the Lamé constants, goes to zero.
