Impact of mental disorders on the all-cause mortality and cardiovascular disease outcomes in adults with new-onset type 1 diabetes: A nationwide cohort study
Mental disorders are associated with an elevated risk of all-cause mortality and CVD in adults with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. Early detection and greater attention to premature death and CVD development are required in patients with new-onset type 1 diabetes and mental disorders.
