Spontaneous Focal Hemorrhage of Optic Disc in Peripapillary Hyperreflective Ovoid Mass-Like Structures
Spontaneous focal hemorrhage of optic disc may occur in PHOMS. The space-occupying effect of PHOMS may lead to compression of surrounding tissues, resulting in the optic disc congestion and a reduced C/D ratio, thereby involving the microvascular system of the optic disc.
