The authors argue that there is a synergistic potential in integrating humanistic management principles into the adoption of advanced technologies and that the sustainability of businesses relies on managers' ability to effectively combine human skills with technological advantages. Managers should ensure that technology is used ethically and responsibly, thus contributing to the development of an organizational culture that supports employee well-being and sustainable growth.
