The Achievement Gap among Educational Counselors

The current research aims to identify The achievement gap among educational counselors and determine the level of The achievement gap، To achieve these aims, the researchers designed a The achievement gap scale based on (1988 ،Anderman) ، Psychometric properties for the scale were extracted and The achievement gap and reliability of the scale was evaluated. The final sample consisted of 250 and a final application sample consisting of 250 counselors from the research community. and verified its reliability through the test-retest method, resulting in a reliability coefficient of 0.86, and Cronbach's alpha, resulting in a reliability coefficient of 0.88. The results indicated that educational counselors (both male and female) have a high achievement gap، the research concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
