From rationalization to modernization of political management
The concept of modernization of political governance is one of the most controversial in domestic and foreign political science. This article is devoted to the basis on which the theory of modernization of political governance developed, which put the issue of legitimization of a democratic regime with high involvement of citizens in governance in the center of attention.
