Development of a system for diagnostic monitoring of pumping equipment using wireless data transmission technology

The article deals with the development of diagnostic monitoring system for pumping equipment using wireless data transmission technology. In the conditions of modern requirements to the reliability of industrial equipment, timely diagnostics plays a key role in preventing accidents and reducing repair costs. Application of wireless sensors to collect data on vibration and temperature of pumps allows remote monitoring of equipment condition, which reduces the need to stop production processes for diagnostics. The implementation of a monitoring system based on open-source technologies such as Telegraf, InfluxDB and Grafana provides flexibility in customization and integration with the plant infrastructure. Testing of the system has confirmed its effectiveness in timely detection of faults and improving the overall reliability of pumping equipment.
