Optimized design of hydraulic and control system for longitudinal beam CNC bending machine
Abstract There is a certain gap between domestic and foreign countries in the processing accuracy and processing efficiency of longitudinal-beam bending machines, and the intelligence level of the factory is low. In this paper, the hydraulic system and control system of the CNC bending machine are optimized. The PID control algorithm with static compensation is used to effectively avoid the system instability caused by the dead-zone characteristics of the proportional valve. The bending test is carried out, and the test results show that the bending accuracy of the optimized control system can reach ±0.3mm, the production efficiency is increased by more than 30%, and the intelligence level of the factory is improved.
