Fatigue management while working night shifts in the delivery suite

Conclusions:The implementation of the CoolStick at ELHT has resulted in environmental savings of 393 tonnes CO2e (equivalent to 1 004 911 miles in a petrol car) over the first year through a 50% reduction of EC used.Based on our experience in a single centre, the CoolStick is an environmentally sustainable, user-friendly, and cost-saving alternative to EC in assessing regional anaesthesia.
